Xrite Device Won't Connect

If you have an Xrite device that refuses to connect, but will connect on another PC, or you get the error below, this KB will show you how to fix it. 

OpenPort: Bluetooth device (eXact_025016) is not an authenticated device (Found in C:\ProgramData\ColorCert Preferences\logs)

You want the newest log file:

The fix is to go to C:\ProgramData\X-Rite and delete the eXact file. 

Then Un-Pair the device and re-pair it using bluetooth with ColorCert closed. It should connect fine after that. If it does not, see Xrite support.
