Cove email recovery

Log into Nable, and select Cove Data Protection

Once in, the only job you should see is our backup for our microsoft accounts

If you scroll to the right and select the three dots, you can select restore exchange

Here you will need to sign in with your microsoft account (you will need to already be set up as a global admin)

Here, you can scroll through and find whichever email account you are looking for, select it, and hit next

Once selected, you can pick the date and time (time is choosing from which backup, which runs 2x daily)
Then you can select which item form the email you need to recover, choose the folder, and then scroll through its contents on the right find which items to recover. 
You can also recover the entire mailbox by selecting the box next to the folders


Next, choose where you want to recover the email to, you can send the recovery to any email account in our system 
You can also choose the restore location, by choosing original, you can send it back to the folder it is being recovered from.

You can also select custom and send it to any folder in that email account

Review your selections, and hit restore

Once it starts, you can select the queue to see once the restoration is complete


Once the queue shows it is complete, the email should be back in the users account wherever you sent it
