At the top, in the second search type in .pdf and click on .pdf when it shows up:

Setup E-Sign
While you have a PDF open in Adobe Acrobat, click on E-Sign (there are two options)
Click add Signature:
Type in your First and last name, make sure the "Save signature" box is checked, then click apply:
Now it should have your cursor as your signature:
If you click on the document, it will add it for you wherever you clicked:
