Radius Locked Sessions: How to unlock a locked user session

Directions to Log into Radius using an alternate account to unlock your session are below.  Alternatively, you can access the Radius menu from a coworkers account who is logged in.

Buffalo has created a username specifically for the purpose for people to use to log in and unlock their frozen accounts when this happens. Other sites will need to find another user logged in to access Radius.

Log in to Radius using this alternate credential:

username: logoff
password: logoff

System –> Users -> Users Currently Logged On

Search for your user code. Click the red garbage can and supply your password to logoff your existing session. Confirm, logoff and exit. Once done, go back in and login using your own credentials.
