Description: Follow these steps to add or remove a member to a distribution group you own. You must own the group to add or remove a member.
How To Add a User to the Distribution Group
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
3. Select Groups I Own
4. You will see all the groups you own, select the group that you need to add a member to > Select the 'Members' tab > Select View all and manage members
5. Select Add Members > Search for the user you want to add > check the circle next to their name > Add
6. That's it. The user is now added to the group.
How To Remove a User from the Distribution Group
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
3. Select Groups I Own
4. You will see all the groups you own, select the group that you need to add a member to > Select the 'Members' tab > Select View all and manage members
5. Check the Circle next to the user you want to remove > Select Delete
6. The user is now deleted from the group!
