Description: If you need to log in to the quarantine portal to check your quarantined emails, follow these steps:
Click the link below and log in using your CP email and password: ➡️https://00a08801.pphosted.com:10020/euweb/login
Once logged in, you'll see three main tabs:
Lists: This section contains your personal Safe Senders List and Blocked Senders List, allowing you to manage which email addresses you trust or want to block.
Profile: You won’t need to use this tab often, as it doesn't contain essential settings.
Quarantine: This tab stores emails that have been flagged as suspicious or spam. Inside, you'll find two folders:
Low Priority Mail – Quarantined
Spam – Quarantined
If you suspect an email was incorrectly blocked, check these folders. If your missing email isn't here, it may have been fully blocked, and you’ll need to submit an IT ticket to request its release.
To simplify future access, bookmark the portal link in your browser. This will allow you to quickly check your quarantined emails when needed.
