New Yodeck Users

Once in the dashboard, to add new images/powerpoints/etc, on the left select "media", and then "all media" out of the dropdown

Once there, select whichever location you are trying to make changes to

Once in the locations folder, at the bottom, select "add media"

Once this opens up, select the "browse" option

This will open up your file explorer, here find the images/powerpoints/etc you are trying to add, and selct them.

Once you have selected the items, they will show up in the screen like so, then select "upload"

Then at the top right of the screen, select "save"

Once you hit save, you should see this, it will show you when these items are completed uploading

Now, to add those images to a playlist, on the left of the screen, select "playlists"

Now, select the playlist you are trying to add the images to

The "playlist" at the top is what is being activly displayed on the monitor.

The "library" is a list of all the images added to the folder

You can click and drag images up from the library to teh playlist to add them, and vice versa, you can drag images from the playlist down to the library to remove them from the playlist.

Once you have added/removed whatever you need from the playlist, select "save" in the top right.

Once you have saved, the playlist has been successfully updated. You will able to see the updated on the monitors usually within 10-15minutes.
