Proofpoint: How to Whitelist or Blacklist an email (End User)

Description: Follow the steps in this guide when you need to add a sender to your personal safe / block list

1. Login to this link with your CP Microsoft credentials: https://00a08801.pphosted.com:10020/euweb/login

2. The page will open to your Low Priority Mail - Quarantined page.

3. In the bottom left, select 'Lists'

4. On the left hand side, select Safe Senders List, or Blocked Senders List

5. Select 'New' at the top to add a new entry.

6. Enter the email address you want to add as safe, and then click Save

7. The email will now be added as safe or blocked for your account.
