Step 1:

Please go to this web address:

https://cpflexpack.sharepoint.com/

Once there, navigate to the "Company Public Cloud":

Locate the red folder named "Agents":

Open the "Agents" folder and select your location (e.g., Buffalo):

Download the installer for your location by clicking the three dots and selecting "Download":

Once downloaded, click the three dots in your browser and select "Keep":

Click "Show more" and then "Keep anyway":

Double-click the downloaded file to run it:

Follow the installation wizard by clicking "Next" on the subsequent steps:

Click "Install" to proceed:

Wait for the installation to complete:

Once completed, click "Finish" and inform the technician that the installation is complete:
