Autocount reports not being delivered (AU/LK)

1. First check barracuda to verify the email is not being blocked. Search for noreply@cpflexpack.com and check both inbound and outbound

2. Open up both the terminal server and Plant Manager servers for the domain you are working on.

In the plant manager server, navigate to the Plant Manager Configuration app, the click "next" of each tab until you get to the mail server tab.

3. Then go to the terminal server, open up radius and navigate to system> system level options.
Here, take note of the SMTP mail server make sure this email matches the email listed in the mail server of the Plant Manager Configuration in the plant manager tab.

4. If this all matches, be sure no recent changes have been made to the noreply@cpflexpack.com account (this is unlikely, but worth a check if everything in the above steps is correct). 
REMEMBER: Do NOT check the use authentication box and enter the password in PM configuration
