How to find TeamViewer information on an AVT
If Esko needs to remote into the AVT, they need the TeamViewer information. Use the steps below to find this information.
Press the Windows Key: On the keyboard attached to the AVT, press the Windows key.
Open TeamViewer Host:
Type "TeamViewer" into the search bar.
Select "TeamViewer Host" from the list and open it.
Find and Provide Information:
Once TeamViewer Host is open, locate the TeamViewer ID and password.
Share this ID and password with Esko so they can remote into the AVT.
