To submit an IT ticket, first find this icon on your desktop background. We set up all new computers to automatically have this icon installed. If you don't see it, please email support@cpflexpack.jitbit.com and let us know that you need the IT helpdesk shortcut.

Once you click on the icon, you will be brought to this screen, you will need to select "new ticket"

You will then be brought to this screen where you can fill out the ticket for the IT team.

The first thing you will need to enter is an email address, this will be the address the IT team can communicate with if they need more details or to update you on the status on the ticket. If you don't have an email address, you can use your supervisor's, if you don't know your supervisors email, you can ask them, or the email's are usually the first letter of their first name, followed by their full last name and @cpflexpack.com.

Example: John Doe = jdoe@cpflexpack.com.

After that you will need to select a category that the issue falls under. If you don't know, you can just list it as "general issues" and the IT team can classify it later.

Next, we have the "subject" and "details", this is just telling the IT team what the issue is. Good info to add here in the details would be what machine/computer you are on and any other details you can give us on the issue.

Then we have the "location" and "call back number". The location is just a selection of which plant you are at (or based out of if you are a remote worker)
The call back number is where you can leave a phone number for the IT team to contact you (this is not required to submit the ticket)

Lastly, we have "attach a file" and "capture screen". Attach a file lets you attach any file from the computer and add it as a reference for the IT team.
the Capture screen allows you to take a "screen shot" of the computer you are on and show it to the IT team.

Then with all that filled out, just hit "submit" and the ticket will be sent to our IT team.
Whatever email was added to the ticket will get a response from our IT team.
