How to setup Office 365 MFA

Description: This guide will walk you through how to setup MFA for your office 365 account.

1. Once you are enrolled in MFA, you will see this box the next time you try to sign in, select next:
     

2. Enter your email password. This may or may not be different from your computer password.

3. Once entered, you can setup MFA as a text to your cell phone. You should see this screen, select "I want to setup a different method"
            

4. select 'choose a method' > phone.

5. Enter your phone number in the box and make sure receive a code is selected, then click next.
         

6. You will receive a text message to your cell phone, enter the code in the box then click next. You should then see the following screen showing a green check meaning the setup is complete. Click Next > Done
         

7. The last step is to use the newly setup MFA to verify your sign in. Send the code to your phone, enter the code displayed and you will be signed in.
