Description: You may run into various outlook issues, which usually can be fixed by signing out & back in.

Some issues include outlook not loading, being slow, not syncing mailboxes, or showing a yellow exclamation point.

If you see the yellow triangle, this means outlook needs your password. You should not need to sign out to fix this. At the bottom of outlook you will see a line that says "needs password". Click on where it says "needs password" and enter your password. This should fix the account issue.

If this does not work, you can try signing out and back in with these steps:

1. Close Outlook and open MS word.
2. Select your name in the top right > then select sign out:

3. You may get a 2nd pop-up asking you to confirm the sign out and close your other office 365 programs. Once done click sign out.

4. You will signed out and the app will close. Now you can re-open outlook and sign in to your account, this should fix any issues you have. This will sign you back into all the apps (word, excel, etc.).

5. To sign in, open outlook and you should see this:

6. Select 'sign-in or create account' & enter your CP Email address. Choose next.

7. You should then be prompted for MFA through text, call, or the authenticator app. Send yourself the text or call, and enter the code, or open your authenticator app and enter the 6 digit code displayed.

8. Once the code is entered select verify. then choose OK on the screen below.

9. You will be signed into all office 365 apps and your issues should be fixed. If you are still having issues, please put in an IT ticket for further assistance.
