Reset Domain Password Method 1
If you are a remote user you need to connect to the VPN before doing this.
Change password on your computer by Ctrl+Alt+Del
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del on your keyboard.
2. Click on Change a Password
3. Your username field should be pre-poppulated,
Your NETWORK username IS NOT your email. It is the first part of your email.
If my email is jdoe@cpflexpack.com my username is jdoe.
We use the first initial + last name for the username.
Password Reminders: 10 Characters, One Symbol, One Number
This will update your password for VPN, RDP, and Your computer login.
