Killing GT sessions
To kill a current GT users session, you will first wants to remote into RAS, then select the Parallels Remote Application Server Console 
After you select, you will have this login screen, username and password is going to be your admin credentials.
After connecting, you will be greeted by this main screen, you will want to select the "sessions" tab on the left side.
When you select "sessions", you will see a list of all currently logged on users, find whatever user needs their session killed and right click>disconnect/ log off.
After about 10-15 seconds the screen will automatically refresh and that user will not be listed anymore.
Tell the user they are free to log back into GT.
