If you are on a terminal server, you can double-click on the following batch file on your desktop:

Then click on this batch file and log back in:

If you still get the same error afterward, let IT know.

If you have a local installation of Radius, reach out to IT.

IT Note:

For local installs, you need to find the Radius install folder and run the following batch.

\Data\RepairtEstDB.bat
