End User Authpoint setup Guide

On your phone you will need the Authpoint App from either the App store or Play store depending on the type of device it is:

You will get an email from wgcloud-no-reply@cloud.watchguard.com

Select the start Activation button which will bring you to a web page that looks like this:

Scroll down so that you can see the entirety of the QR code (like so):

Open up the watchguard App on your phone

Click the activate button, you are likely to be given the following prompt:

Selecting Only this time is enough for this activation but if you need your token reissued you'll have to select the option each time.

This will bring up the camera, simply point it at your QR code.

If everything goes as expected after a few seconds you'll get this message:

Next you'll be asked to save your token

Finally you will be asked to allow push notifications:

After this your token has been created and you can now log in via the VPN.
