Teams Audio Not Working/Setup

In teams, click on the 3 dots at the top next to your username.


In the pop up menu click settings.


In settings, click on Devices.


In devices, select another audio source. Normally the only other option is the correct one. 

If you do not see any options, please contact IT.

Once you make a change to a device, click on Make a test call. That will let you test if everything is working. Repeat until both devices are working. 

If you still have issues connecting, please contact IT.
