PSA Login After Radius Upgrade

PSA login instructions, After upgrade Feb 2024

When logging into Radius PSA after the recent upgrade (02/19/2024), you will need to do the following your first login:

Select your login Aurora Scholar\sqlexpress|PSA_LIVE|1|1

You'll receive the following error:

Click Ok

Then on the screen below erase or delete the SQL DB Username and SQL DB Password

Enter your password.

Click on OK and everything will work as normal.
