Please log into your account online at O365.com. In the upper right hand corner, click on your initials, then choose 'View Account'.
On the next screen, choose "Update Info" under the 'Security Info' section
Your current sign in methods will be listed and should look like this:
Delete the Authenticator app, go back to Overview and then back into Security.
There should now be an option to add authentication method. If you click on that, you'll get the scannable barcode for the app.
