Windows 11 setup without internet
To set up a new windows 11 computer without internet access-
1. Make sure there is no ethernet cable connected to the new computer
2. Follow the first few steps of the set up until you get to the network setup screen
3. Enter Shift+F10 to enter the cmd promt
4. Enter OOBE\BYPASSNRO
5. This will restart the computer setup process and give you a new network screen with the option to select "I dont have internet" just like WIndows 10
