This is caused by different in software, does not accure all the time.
Change to C:\EFIRadius\PSA3\distribution, Copy psa3.exe.config.27 folder up 1 level to C:\EFIRadius\PSA3\
Rename existing psa3.exe.config to something else, rename psa3.exe.config.27 to psa3.exe.config.
Restart PSA. Attached is a screen shot of the PSA configuration Screen for Aurora/Lakeville. Select Configuration from drop down menu, select system, login. Change Report Format to Letter and make sure PAths are the same as displayed.
