This issue is caused by software differences and does not occur all the time.
Navigate to the Folder:
Go to C:\EFIRadius\PSA3\distribution.
Copy the psa3.exe.config.27 file.
Move the File:
Move the copied file one level up to C:\EFIRadius\PSA3\.
Rename the Files:
Rename the existing psa3.exe.config to something else (e.g., psa3.exe.config.old).
Rename psa3.exe.config.27 to psa3.exe.config.
Restart PSA:
Restart the PSA application.
Update Configuration:
Refer to the attached screenshot for the PSA configuration screen specific to Aurora/Lakeville.
Select Configuration from the drop-down menu, then select System and log in.
Change the report format to Letter.
Ensure that the paths match those displayed in the screenshot.
