Client Settings Failed or Too many connections (Not licenses)

Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC (press and hold one after the other) to open task manager.


In task manager select the Details tab.


In the details tab look for APPServerClient.exe.


Left click on APPServerClient.exe and select end task at the bottom right.


Once done you should be able to get into a Parallels application.
