Asset Essentials (Buffalo)
IT does not handle most of Asset Essentials, but good to be able to reset user passwords / create accounts / remove accounts, etc.

How to reset user password:
Admin > Make default password for people: GoBuffaloBills1! then check the "have them change their password" box
How to remove a user:
Admin > Check the "Disable this account" box
