Correction of Wrong Job Number in AutoCount

1. Collect the input Inventory References on this specific job 377392 through the WIP Tracking ⇒ Enquiry ⇒ Job Trace Enquiry, type the job number and click Search


2. Remember or mark these red underline info


3. Return the questioning IRs 791392 to stock using Return of Issues under Inventory ⇒ Returns

3a.  Type the job number and click the Search button in the Return of Issues

3b. select the questioning IRs


3c. Double click it and editing window will pop up

3d. fill in the detail as below base on the info we collected above.



4. Using WIP Inventory History Enquiry to see these inventories and find the right quantity if necessary (optional).

5. To issue the IR 791392 to new correct job 375715, using the Issues as below screenshot

5a. Type the IR 791392 and click the Search button

5b. double click the records to bring up the editing window

5c. Type the correct job 375715 and click the lookup icon

5d. Continue filling in the info as below and click the Save button on the top

6. Adjust the wrong WIP Inventory quantity to 0 using the Adjust WIP Inventory in WIP Tracking.

6a. Type job 377392 and click Search button


6b. Find the questioning Inventory based on the TraceID and double click it to edit it. Change the Adjustment date, New inventory quantity (typical 0), Reason and Comments, and then click the Save button to save it.


7. Receive the WIP Inventory to new correct job on new location by adding A at end of the Trace ID, for example, AU10000964409A.

7a. Go to WIP TrackingàReceive WIP Inventory

7b. Open the Receive WIP Inventory

7c. Enter ring the Output Trace ID AU10000964409A, put right Work centre code and Job code 375715 and Tab it to populate the info.




7d. Input the right Quantity and Receipt Location, and then Lookup the right Input Inventory by click the lookup icon. We changed the quantity from 6103 to 5600 meters. Save it by clicking the Save button on the top.

8. Reprint Trace Labels by clicking the Yes as below screenshot and attach it to the original Inventory roll.
