Getting connected to Buffalo’s Terminal Server for EFI-Radius

Go to the lower left-hand corner, and go to type here to search. Please type in Remote Desktop Connection. When Remote Desktop Connection opens, type in FTI-TS or 192.168.17.24 for Computer. This will be the computer name for Buffalo's Terminal Server.




Once that has been completed click show options . The username will be the one you use to sign into your computer. However, When entering in your username please ensure to always have the  domain id associated with  the location you work for in front of your username . The sample format for each Cp Flexible Packaging location will be found below.

York and Bristol users will enter operations\kreynolds 
Buffalo users will enter flexot\kreynolds
Lakeville users will enter lakeville\kreynolds
Aurora users will enter aurora\kreynolds 


Once connected it will bring you to this page. The username field will be auto-populated with your username
 Just enter in your password that you use to sign into the computer and click the blue arrow to get signed in.

Once logged in go to Radius-MDI on the desktop and double click it.

Radius will automatically launch and will not require a password since it uses Single Sign On. Once done you will be directed to Radius's main landing page.
You can now access Radius for Buffalo.



Once done using radius please click file ->  Exit and Logout.


After that has been completed, please click the start menu and click sign out .

You have now been signed out of Radius and the Terminal Server. Please  remember to do this every time that your finished using the terminal server.
