Saving Data Files To A USB Memory Stick
The following is a step by step procedure to save the data
files of an Enviromonitor to a memory stick.
You do not need to stop the recorder to save the settings to a memory
stick
Insert the memory stick in the USB port on the
recorder
When the dialog box appears on the screen, use the
Arrow buttons to highlight Data Save Mode
Press the Disp/Enter button
Use the Arrow buttons to move up and down the list of
Data Files to select a specific file
Press the Disp/Enter button
A dialog box will appear on the left side of the
screen. You can select to save the
single file or all files by using the Arrow buttons
Press the Disp/Enter button
File or files will be saved to the thumb drive
Press the FUNC button, the soft key functions will be
displayed on the bottom of the screen
Press the Media Eject soft key (fourth from the left)
then press the USB soft key
Remove memory stick
Press the Disp/Enter button
A dialog box will appear on the left side of the
screen. Use the Arrow buttons to go up
to Exit
Press the Disp/Enter button
Press the right or left Arrow button to choose the
desired screen to display
A second option is to copy the data files from the
Compact Flash card located in the Enviromonitor
Press the Func button.
At the bottom of the screen the labels for the soft keys will appear
Press the Eject Media soft key
In the lower left corner, the CF soft key will show on
the screen, press the soft key
The Compact Flash card can now be safely removed
Files can be copied from the Compact Flash card to
your computer
Replace the Compact Flash card in the Enviromonitor
Removing Flash
Press the Func button.
At the bottom of the screen the labels for the soft keys will appear
Press the Eject Media soft key
In the lower left corner, the CF soft key will show on
the screen, press the soft key
The Compact Flash card can now be safely removed
Files can be copied from the Compact Flash card to
your computer
Replace the Compact Flash card in the Enviromonitor
