Print ALL Pallet labels for ODD Aurora Job

NOTE: If you know what pallet you want to change skip the blue text!

Go to York_Aurora_Jobs. There should be a shortcut on the computer above the finishing supervisors office. 

Once in there you will open Job_info and then open Aurora...(should be the only excel file) to get the Aurora job# from a CP job#.
Once the excel sheet is open press CRTL+F to search for the York job number. Excel will lightly highlight the found field green.
Write down the Aurora job # for future reference.

No go back one folder by clicking the back button in the open folder.

Once in the main directory open Aur_Generic_Pallet.

Once the Crystal report is open click the refresh button.
On the next box that pops up click Prompt for new parameter values. Then click ok.
After that type in the Aurora job # you wrote down earlier.
Press ok and then wait for it to finish loading the data.

If it asks you for a connection like below click visionG and then finish.
 Once it is done loading the data it will stop freezing and show you a pallet label.
Click on the button next to the play button to go to the end of the labels.
Once it loads the last labels write down the reference number and the last rolls that equal the amount you need to change. Example you need to change 4 rolls. You would write down the last 4 numbers 112,111,110,109.

If you already know the pallet you want find the reference number located next to the two bar codes at the bottom of the pallet label.

Once you have your reference number you will send an email to bfreedman@cpflexpack.com with the following information.

Subject: Job # 367627 (job #)

Barb,

 

Can you please change the following?

 

Reference ID: 642168

 

Please change roll 109 to 2,440 impressions. (odd rolls that need changed)

 

Please remove 110, 111, 112 (if the pallet is short the rolls it's supposed to have)


Once she gets back that it's fixed go to

Once in there open Aur_Generic_Pallet -RefNum
Once the Crystal report is open click the refresh button.
On the next box that pops up click Prompt for new parameter values. Then click ok.
Enter the reference ID that you sent barb.
If it asks you for a connection like below click visionG and then finish.
Then you just press CRTL+P to print all of the labels. Make sure you change the printer to Supervisors Office.
