Garlock - Setup Access to Radius Test and Radius Live via Guacamole
2. Login as your corp.local admin alias credentials.
3. Click on your username in the top right, -> Settings -> Users -> New User (or) Click on user to edit them.
4. Add New User:
A. Add username.
B. User credentials do not need to be added. User credentials will sync from AD (corp.local).
C. Add user to necessary Groups.
D. Add user to necessary Connections.
5. Setup user accounts in Radius Live and Radius Test on DEVEFIFARM-FULL RDP
RADIUS TEST
- Assign user connections to: "DEVEFIFARM-FULL RDP"
- Assign user group to: "Radius-TEST"
- Click on your username in the top right, -> Home. Connect to DEVEFIFARM-FULL RDP as your user and launch "Radius Test"
Radius Setup: (CLONE USER SETUP FROM LIVE TO TEST)
- System>Users>Users
- Estimating - Garlock Admin>Estimating Set-up>Activity Centers>Activity Centers
(Employees and Operator Codes setup process can be skipped).
RADIUS PILOT
- Assign user connections to: "DEVEFIFARM-FULL RDP"
- Assign user group to: "Radius-TEST"
- Click on your username in the top right, -> Home. Connect to DEVEFIFARM-FULL RDP as your user and launch "Radius Pilot"
Radius Setup: (CLONE USER SETUP FROM LIVE TO PILOT)
- System>Users>Users
- Estimating - Garlock Admin>Estimating Set-up>Activity Centers>Activity Centers
(Employees and Operator Codes setup process can be skipped).
NOTE: Setup Radius users just like in RADIUS LIVE. When new versions of RADIUS TEST or RADIUS PILOT are being tested user data is often copied over from LIVE and user doesn't need to be setup.
NOTE: Connect to Radius Live to reference current user setup. \\cpfile\rdp — login as CPX\username
