Manage user onedrive

Sign into Microsoft 365 Admin Centre

Select Active Users

Find the desired user

Goto their account's onedrive tab

Under "Get access to files" click "Create link to files"

Once the link is generated select it

Note that this link is unique to your account, another admin will have to generate the link for themselves.

Manage the files as needed.
