Proofpoint: How to Login to the Quarantine Portal

Overview

The quarantine portal lets you review emails that were flagged as suspicious or spam, release legitimate messages to your inbox, and manage your personal safe/blocked sender lists. You can access it anytime, or directly via the link in your daily 7am digest email.

1. Access the Portal Click the link below and sign in with your CP email and password: ➡️ https://00a08801.pphosted.com:10020/euweb/login

You'll be redirected to a Microsoft sign-in page — use the same credentials as your email.

2. Quarantine Tab — Reviewing Flagged Emails This is where emails flagged as suspicious or spam are held. You'll find two folders:

  • Low Priority Mail – Quarantined
  • Spam – Quarantined

For each email, you can:

  • Release — sends the email to your inbox
  • Release & Allow — sends it to your inbox and adds the sender to your Safe Senders list so future emails aren't blocked
  • Delete — removes it permanently

⚠️ Can't find a missing email? If it's not in either folder, it may have been fully blocked at the server level and won't appear here. Submit an IT helpdesk ticket to request a review.


3. Lists Tab — Managing Your Sender Lists This section lets you customize who can or can't reach your inbox:

  • Safe Senders List — emails from these addresses will always be delivered, bypassing spam filtering
  • Blocked Senders List — emails from these addresses will always be quarantined

⚠️ Note: The organization-wide block list takes priority over your personal safe senders list. If a sender is blocked at the org level, adding them to your safe list will not override it.


Still need help? If you're unable to locate or release an email, contact the IT helpdesk and include the sender's address and approximate date received.
