Additional Steps for Correcting Missing Job Steps in Autocount

1.0 PURPOSE

To ensure operators can view all the jobs in Autocount as scheduled in PSA.

2.0 SCOPE

This procedure applies to Jobs scheduled in PSA but not visible in Autocount

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 Supervisor & Scheduler

4.0 PROCEDURE

4.1   Supervisor should review all jobs in AC4D and compare to a most recent Schedule print out.

4.2 If a Job is not visible in Autocount try looking for it in the completed jobs view. Refer to the KB Document from this link. Good. Fast. Cheap. Pick two. - Job not in autocount (LK) - Knowledge base

4.3 If the job is not there the supervisor should report to the scheduler before their shift is over.

4.4 The scheduler should check that the job is no complete or closed in radius via the jobs menu.
