On the BSOD:
- select advanced repair recovery options
- troubleshoot
- advanced options
- startup settings, restart
- You will see a big list of options, press 6
On the command prompt run:
- cd \windows\system32\drivers\crowdstrike
- del C-00000291*.sys
- shutdown /r
The PC will reboot on its own after 1 minute and should come up normally.
This should only be used if there is no specific category for your software issue.
