If you dont already have a zoom account:
Put in a ticket at support@cpflexpack.jitbit.com and ask to be set up with one, then proceed to the link and steps below.
If you already have a zoom account:
Go to
https://zoom.us/download
Select "zoom workplace desktop app"
Once its downloaded, click the installer in the top right of your screen
This will appear on your screen, let it install.
Once complete, you will see this, be sure to check the box for "automatically keep zoom app up to date", then click "done"
You will then be directed to the Zoom sign up screen, select "sign in"
Then you will be asked for your CP email address and you Zoom password here
Then you will get this screen, go into your CP email and look for the code sent to it, then enter said code here
You will then be able to make yourself a password for the Zoom app, after that, you will have this as the screen for your Zoom App homepage.
To create a new meeting in Zoom, go to Schedule in the main screen
Here you will see the option available to you for your meeting, you can add your participants in the "attendees" area.
Scrolling down in the schedule, you will see the security, set this to waiting room for the easiest option, and set the calendar to outlook, so the participants will see it in their email.
Select the "Zoom Plugin for microsoft Outlook" and install the same as the desktop app (for the installation just click next 3 times to complete)
After that, if you close your outlook and open it back up, you will see these options on the top of your email
