This KB article will provide the steps needed to update your VM greeting on your Avaya phone.
1. Log in to your mailbox.
2. Select Personal Greetings:
a. Press 3.
3. Create or Change a Greeting:
a. Press 1.
4. Record Your Greeting:
a. Start speaking at the tone.
b. When finished, press 1 to edit your greeting.
5. Playback Your Greeting:
a. Press 2, 3 to playback the recorded greeting.
6. Confirm the Recording:
a. Press # to confirm.
b. The system will announce the number of the greeting just recorded.
7. Add to the Recording (if needed):
a. Press 1 to add more words.
b. Speak the additional words and press 1 when finished.
8. Save the Recording:
a. Press # to save.
