When do I use it?
Click the PAB if you believe you have received a phishing email or any potentially dangerous email. Any emails you report using the PAB will be automatically deleted from your inbox if its found to be malicious. The emails you report will be scanned for potential malicious indicators. If the email is found to be malicious, it is removed from everyones mailbox who received that email. If the scanner is unable to be determine if the email is malicious or not, it will be forwarded to CP IT for further review.
How do I use it?
1) The 'Report Phish" add-in will appear at the top of your Outlook client, either with the emailed opened, or in preview
Why should I use it?
Reporting emails will help your organization stay safe. The potential phishing emails you report are sent for analysis to your organization and they will now be aware of which phishing attacks are able to reach their employee inboxes. Once they're aware of possible vulnerabilities, they can better defend against them. You are an important part of the process of keeping your organization safe from cybercriminals.
